I reach out to this company back in December 2022 when I was purchasing my first house and was inform that it have old electric wiring called āknob & tubeā throughout the house. I called roughly around 10 companies and many didnāt offer knob & tube removal/rewiring service and the few that did was so overpriced and expensive which cost in the āVeryā high thousands of dollars. āWillā the owner came by and did a quick walk through of my property after closing and gave the best price for all the work that needed to be done, he and his team removed/rewired all the knob and tube in the attic and basement, installed outlets, update the electric panel for the second floor etc. As a new homeowner I am so ecstatic I found them here on google, Iām happy I reach out to them and even happier that they were fair with pricing and did an amazing job in my huge 6bed 2bath, 2 family house. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely Yes! My house past the state inspection and Iām awaiting for the state to install my new meter for my second floor unit.
